ASEE Ltd offer modular construction, which is the process of units being constructed off-site, under controlled plant conditions, using the same materials and designing to the same codes and standards as conventionally built facilities. Structures such as Mechanical Plant Rooms, Electrical Switch Rooms and Pump Houses can all be constructed offsite alongside M&E testing and full documentation prior to product delivery. This practice comes with several benefits to our clients, employees, supply chain and ourselves, such as:

• Time Savings - A modular build is primarily known for its ability to reduce project lead times and result in overall project time-savings. For example, leading sources in the idustry have stated that modular builds can result in an 84% reduction in on-site man hours during installation phase.
• Efficiency -  Modular plantrooms are easily replicated, therefore if a project should need to upscale in the future to keep up with demand, then the modular design of the plantrooms would facilitate this.
• Cost - Modular designs are cost-saving solutions, often because of its ability to reduce the labour required on-site throughout a plantroom installation. The majority of the work is completed within acontrolled environment, removing the need for on-site duplication.
