Duties/Responsibilities:
- Generate detailed project plans for mechanical construction activities, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical construction activities with overall project plans.
- Manage resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution within budget constraints.
- Oversee mechanical construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts and address issues to prevent or eliminate any impact on project development.
- Review and verify that all mechanical installations meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Oversee the testing and commissioning of mechanical systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations, codes, and standards including obtaining necessary permits and certifications for mechanical projects.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, inspection records, and test reports.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
- Proven experience in mechanical construction management within Data Centre projects.
- Proven record of accomplishments of successfully managing mechanical construction projects from design to completion.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the Netherlands with no visa restrictions.
