Ronan joined ASEE Group in March 2023 as Group Finance Director, bringing a wealth of experience from the fast-paced Accountancy and Advisory sector. He graduated as a Chartered Accountant in 2004 and became a Chartered Tax Advisor in 2007. His expertise in working capital dynamics and performance metrics has been instrumental in driving our ambitious business plans, including our strategic goals for the next 1, 3, and 10 years.

Ronan reflects on his long-standing connection with Aidan Strain’s Electrical Engineering: “I’ve been involved with ASEE for over 25 years, through different companies, so I always knew ASEE would be a great place to work. Since I started here, I’ve found amazing opportunities for personal and professional growth. The sense of community is incredible. We have a clear structure that helps everyone know their roles, but it’s really our teamwork that drives our success.”
