ASEE Group provided a turnkey solution for BBC Portland Place, encompassing:

Reliable Power Generation: Installation of three robust 3.75 MVA generators in the basement, implemented in two phases to minimize disruption. This ensures a reliable backup power supply in case of main grid outages.
Fuel Security: Construction of a substantial 103,000 litre double-skinned fuel tank within the basement, providing ample capacity to support generator operation. The double-wall design safeguards against leaks and environmental contamination.
Efficient Cooling System: Installation of roof-mounted cooling radiators to expel heat generated by the equipment. Additionally, 500 meters of cooling pipework was strategically run across the 12 building levels to maintain optimal temperature for BBC's operations.
Outcome: Through this comprehensive project, we ensured BBC Portland Place benefitted from a dependable and efficient power and cooling infrastructure, crucial for uninterrupted business continuity.
