The ASEE Group Power-Up programme commences engagement at Key Stage Four (Aged 14-16) and extends through Graduate level, informing young people about the diverse opportunities within ASEE Group. It encompasses work experience, placements, graduate employment, and engagement opportunities. Collaborating with schools and colleges, we are committed to offering career guidance to students.
Early Engagement Programme
(Key Stage 4)
The ASEE Power Up Programme’s Early Engagement scheme, provides local schools with chances to explore the endeavours of the ASEE Group and discover potential career pathways within the Mechanical and Electrical industry. This initiative includes engaging guest speakers for students at both GCSE and A-Level stages and offering valuable career advice to guide individuals in making informed choices for their future.
Work Experience Programme
The Work Experience Programme is designed to offer young individuals the chance to immerse themselves in a dynamic working environment for three to five days. This unique opportunity encompasses various pathways, including Commercial, Finance, Purchasing, Engineering, HR, Talent Acquisition, Contracts, Project Management and Marketing. The scheme can cater to all interests as it allows students to work a half day in each department so they can see what areas they like.
ASEE is currently accepting applications for the work experience programme. To apply, please send an email specifying the desired dates (start and end) for the work experience and indicate the chosen pathway. If you are interested in other types of work experience, please
inform us accordingly. It is essential to provide formal communication from the student’s school along with the necessary paperwork before acceptance.
While we regret that we cannot accommodate all applications, we will promptly notify you of the outcome once the selection process is completed.
Apprenticeship Programme
The ASEE Power Up Programme extends its offerings to include Higher Level Apprenticeships (HLA), providing young individuals with a valuable opportunity to engage in hands-on learning within a real-world professional setting. The HLA programme spans various pathways, encompassing disciplines such as Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Finance, HR, and Marketing. ASEE Group is currently open for applications for the Higher Level Apprenticeships.

Placement Programme
ASEE offers college/university placement students the opportunity to gain up to 18 months of valuable experience in various key areas, including Marketing, HR, Commercial, Finance and Engineering.
