Quality Manager

Applicants should be able to lead and implement quality management systems, ensuring that products and processes consistently meet company standards and regulatory requirements.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Actively supports ASEE dedication to safety and core values.

  • Provides comprehensive Quality Control, reporting directly to the client while interacting with the Construction Team daily.

  • Coordinate QA/QC site weekly meetings with QC personnel.

  • Participate in the internal and external site audits.

  • Performs quality inspections in accordance with program quality control documentation.

  • Participate and guide project quality control from start to completion of the project.

  • Oversee quality inspections with the site sub-contractors and vendors.

  • Coordinates with the client on all quality matters.

  • Provide oversight relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors while reviewing that completed documentation is stored appropriately upon completion.

  • Verify that quality related site activities are in accordance with design documents and program standards.

  • Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the Contractor QC team.

  • Provide review and reporting of all non-conformance reports and undertake any necessary action.

  • Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submittals to the customer.

  • Work with the Client and Contractor QA/QC team on all quality issues.

Qualifications/Experience:
  • Must have relevant experience in the Data Centre space.

  • 5 – 10 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the data centre space, or other large scale mission critical buildings

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (electrical or mechanical) or relevant experience.

Desirable:
  • Willing and able to travel, must have the right to work in the EU.
