
Applicants should be able to oversee mechanical construction activities, ensuring the efficient execution of tasks while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols, project timelines, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in mechanical systems, and experience supervising teams on site.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
The candidate must have extensive knowledge of circuits for Chillers, Crah/Crac Units Circulation Pumps, Bypass pumps, Booster sets, flushing & dosing circuits, cylinders, water tanks, pressurisation units, calorifiers heat exchangers and with the proven ability to work with current design schematics and drawings to provide a fully compliant installation.
Completing daily safety paperwork, filling out permits, giving toolbox talks etc.
Setting up work faces, putting operatives to work.
Arranging material, plant, access equipment needed for workforce.
Ensuring the workforce is PPE compliant.
Monitoring install against latest drawings and schedules.
Creating snag log and clearing Snag sheets throughout the project.
Printing latest drawing cable schedules for distribution to install team
Liaising with clients and other trades.
Reporting daily back to PM with progress and listing any holdups or issues on site.
Qualifications/Experience:
3+ years’ experience in a similar role
Industrial / data centre experience
The candidate must be fully versed in the use of Word & Excel and be able to create and work to programs with the ability to inspire and lead a team throughout the project. Works will involve looking heads with labour, plant and material, liaising with the client on a daily/weekly basis, weekly reports and maintaining budgets.
Strong health and safety attitude

Works well under pressure and to a tight schedule.
Good communication skills
Experience with working with a multinational workforce.
Microsoft Office package proficient
Work under electrical PM setting up daily work force, Monitoring materials / plant.
